The is new copy prtection software which works by deliberately inserting Fake scratch errors on the master copy of a Disc. When anyone copies it, their burning software usually skips or attempts to recover the bad data (remember it's fake and has nothing to do with the actual data itself.

Neither R2 or Gears 2 is out so how do you reckon R2 will be 4 times longer?
Thepoint is .... regardless of the games coming out ... PS3 is only marginally ahead when people were saying 2008 will be THE YEAR ... etc etc ... after having said 2007 would be the YEAR .... now everyone's saying 2009 will be THE YEAR .....

difference = 163,600
...So, in a year with MGS4, LBP and R2 being released, sony can only shift a fraction more consoles than Xbox, how many years will it take to actually pass the xbox with it's currnt lead of roughly 5 million and that it's currently selling more than the PS3?

who is going to buy a PS3 for LBP. Not online or any of my mates or colleagues .... Everyone weither already has a PS3, or, are waiting for a prices drop ... NOT any specific games.
LBP is a great game but as mentioned, what console selling power does it have over MGS, or KZ2?
